Zimbuyer Marketing: Google data privacy notice

Zimbuyer Marketing is an administrative reporting tool operated by SimbaOne LLC for Zimbuyer.com. This notice explains how its Google Ads and Google Analytics connection handles information. For questions or deletion requests, contact connect@zimbuyer.com.

Information accessed and why

When an authorised administrator connects a Google account, the integration obtains OAuth credentials so it can refresh reports without requiring sign-in for each import. It accesses the connected Ads account identifiers, account currency and time zone, campaign status, keyword and placement performance, impressions, clicks, costs, conversions and conversion values. It may also retrieve keyword-planning estimates.

From the selected Google Analytics property, it retrieves country and traffic-source summaries, session counts, purchase counts and revenue. These reports help administrators understand website and advertising performance. This connection does not request Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Contacts.

Permissions and actions

Google's Ads permission includes management capabilities, but this integration implements reporting and research requests only. It does not publish ads or change campaigns, bids, targeting or budgets. Analytics access is read-only. Only authorised Zimbuyer administrators should connect accounts they are permitted to manage.

Storage, access and AI analysis

OAuth credentials are stored in a private server location outside the public website directory. Imported reports and associated audit records are stored in the application's database. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and service personnel who need it to operate, maintain or secure the integration. Google API requests use encrypted HTTPS connections.

When an administrator requests an AI review, selected Google reporting metrics and marketing context are sent to OpenAI through its API to generate recommendations. The reporting feature does not include OAuth secrets in that request. This is a separate, administrator-initiated action, not part of the hourly report import.

Google-derived data is used for these reporting and analysis features, not sold, supplied to data brokers, or used to build individual advertising audiences. Zimbuyer Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Retention and deletion

Credentials are retained while the connection is in use. Imported reports and analysis history are retained for internal performance review until deleted; this integration currently has no automatic report-expiry schedule. To request disconnection and deletion of stored credentials, imported reports or associated AI reviews, email connect@zimbuyer.com. We will verify the requester's authority and explain any operational, legal or backup-retention limitations before completing the request. Deleting active records does not necessarily remove backup copies immediately.

Your controls

You can revoke the application's access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorised imports but does not automatically erase reports already stored by Zimbuyer. Contact us separately to request deletion.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the integration's data practices change and obtain renewed consent when required before introducing a new use of Google data.
