YOU HAVE A NUMBER OF OTHER PAYMENT METHODS Alternatively, payment can be TRANSFERED / WIRED or deposited INTO OUR UNITED KINGDOM BARCLAYS BANK ACCOUNT. Once we can see that the payment has been made into our account we will then complete processing your order and arrange delivery of the goods/services ordered to your loved ones in Zimbabwe. When you place an order and you select to pay at the bank our website Zimbuyer.Com will automatically give you our bank account details online when you complete your order. (this is only if you select paying by Barclays Bank Deposit when placing your order)
If you prefer to PAY BY CHEQUE, make Cheque payable to Zimbuyer.Com and send it to; Zimbuyer.Com P.O.BOX 14028 Smethwick, B67 9DD Birmingham, West Midlands UNITED KINGDOM If paying by cheque we will only arrange delivery of your order 1 days after your check has been cleared by the bank. We download orders from our website constantly during each working day. As each order arrives, we check with PAYPAL (if you selected to make payment through NOCHEX) to see if your payment has been confirmed & approved, if payment has been confirmed it takes us anywhere from 24 to 72hours Mon - Sat to deliver to your loved ones. If you pay by selecting to make a deposit into our Barclays Business Account you will need to fax us the deposit slip from Barclays and your Zimbuyer.Com order number, as soon as your fax is received and confirmed, we will then contact you informing you that your delivery will be made within 48hrs in Zimbabwe.
If there are any items that are not immediately available then we offer the customer the option of an alternative product, or to wait until stock of the missing item is available. If we cannot deliver your products within 7days from order date, we will refund you 100% TOTAL of your undelivered products less delivery fee. Guaranty Refund within 48hrs....
(If for any reason, we issue a full refund to the buyer for products delivered, we will need to recover ALL products previously delivered, note that faliure to return previously delivered products will result in legal action against the receiver, in Zimbabwe) Question: 4. Who will deliver my order to my family and how long will it take?
An agent from our Zimbabwean office will hand deliver the products to your loved ones address that you provide when placing an order. The beneficiary receiving goods/services in Zimbabwe would need to sign our delivery confirmation note. Question: 5. How much will delivery of my order to my my family usually cost and what are the delivery timeframes?
Standard Delivery Fee per order in Harare is £7 per order. Additional fees may apply for other areas not listed. Groceries Deliveries: Within 72hrs Mon-Fri, Generators are installed within 7 working business days Mon-Fri, Satellite Systems are installed within 5 working business days Mon-Fri, Home Appliances and TV's are delivered within 10 working business days Mon-Fri, Fuel Coupons are collected next day, your recipient will be contacted by our offices in Zimbabwe via sms/txt with a reference only when the order is confirmed. Next Day Groceries collection service is currently only available in Harare. This only applies to orders placed and paid for before 4PM Zimbabwean time. Order placed after the stipulated time will only be available for collection the day after next.
